Jazz Ensemble - Midwest Family Contribution

We are so proud of Lafayette Band Jazz Ensemble for being selected to perform at the Midwest Clinic in Chicago, which is a tremendous honor for our students. To enable this trip to happen, the LBA is asking for contributions from Jazz Ensemble families of $350 per student, and the Lafayette Band Association will cover the remainder. This includes the outfit they will wear for this performance, which they will be able to keep. Here on BoosterHub you can pay via credit card or ACH transfer from a checking account. Please select either a one-time payment or our payment plan (make a first payment now, then once at the end of October and the beginning of December).
Alternatively, you can make payment directly to the LBA via check made out to Lafayette Band Association. Checks may be left in the dropbox in the band room or mailed to LBA, PO Box 910450, Lexington, KY 40591. Lastly you may send digital payment via the LBA Paypal account (paypal@lafayetteband.org).
